RETURN GOODS POLICY: 

Unused instruments in original packaging may be returned for full credit within 60 days of original invoice date. Call 1-203-276-0471 for a return authorization number.

Please provide Customer Service with our invoice number, date and reason for return. A re-stocking charge of 15% will be applied on returns after 60 days. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from the date of invoice. 

Instruments that are misused, altered or have custom etching may not be returned.
