In what areas are ANMUTH Instruments used?

ANMUTH brand instruments are used in literally all areas of medicine and billed through a network of authorized medical distributors. End users include Hospitals, Surgi-Centers, Physicians, Podiatrists and Veterinarians.

Do you carry a guarantee?

Yes we do.  All ANMUTH instruments are produced to the most rigid quality control standards by skilled artisans and are guaranteed to be free from any defects in material and workmanship.  Any liability is limited to repair and replacement only when an instrument, if used for its intended purpose, is found to be defective. Products are carefully inspected prior to shipment and any claims should be made within 10 days of purchase. Our goal is to insure 100% Customer Satisfaction for all of our products…we truly appreciate your business.

Are orders shipped the same day they are received?

We carry a substantial inventory in our Ridgefield, CT warehouse. All in stock orders received by 2 PM EST will be shipped by 4:30 PM. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you with delivery information. Average backorder fulfillment is within one to two weeks.

Do you provide a repair service?

Yes we do. We repair all brands of instruments. Turn-around-time is generally seven to 10 business days. We will always call if an item is uneconomical to repair and offer special pricing for replacements.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open daily, Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 4:30PM EST. After hours, please call 914.715.0565.

If I have a return, do I need written authorization?

Yes. Please call customer service at 1.888.450.4847. We accept returns for full credit within 60 days of invoice date. Products should be in their original packaging and be in unused and resalable condition.
